Representatives from developer PMG and Sage Intracoastal Residences discussed the future of Fort Lauderdale residential real estate at a recent event.

Compass’ Ben Moss and Ignacio Villanueva, the exclusive sales and marketing team for Via Veneto, co-hosted the event, which was held at the Italian home-furnishing store.

The event was the networking group’s first get-together of 2025. 

The confab also marked the sale of 75% of the development’s 299 luxury residences. 

The condominium tower will bring 22 residences to Aventura at prices starting at $5 million. 

Held at KLAW Miami, the event featured speakers from SB Development, Kobi Karp Architecture and OneWorld Properties. 

Natiivo Fort Lauderdale is a 40-story condominium tower that will bring 384 short-term-rental units to downtown Fort Lauderdale. 

The gallery, located at Ten Museum Park, features a model of the 32-story condominium tower and showcases kitchen, bathroom and bedroom designs. 

The event included a golf lesson from the community’s resident pros and a tournament. 

The 380-condominium tower is set to rise in Dania Beach. 

At the event, guests entered via a red carpet before being treated to food and drink, live music and a ceremonial shovel dig.

Guests got a look at the interior design of the two penthouses that will top the JEM Private Residences condo tower rising in Miami Worldcenter. 

Also attending the event were Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, Swire Properties U.S. President Henry Bott and Fortune International Group President and CEO Edgardo Defortuna.
