The Related Group, Teddy Sagi, BH Group and Wanxiang America RE Group broke ground on the Residences at Six Fisher Island, a residential tower set to rise on the final development site on Miami’s Fisher Island.

The project will offer 50 condominiums in a 10-story structure. Coastal Construction is overseeing construction, which is expected to wrap up in 2026.

Kobi Karp Architects designed the building, and Tara Bernerd and Partners is the interior designer. Douglas Elliman is the exclusive sales partner for The Residences.

Homes range from three to eight bedrooms and offer high ceilings, terraces and panoramic windows. Custom kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, dual walk-in wardrobes in the primary suites and Tara Bernerd-designed bathrooms with natural stone finishes are also included, as are private elevator foyers. Some residences have private pools and outdoor kitchens.

Community amenities include more than 1,000 linear feet of shoreline, two resort-style pool decks, a wellness facility, spa, virtual-reality game room, multi-sport simulator, playground, house car and private transportation on and off Fisher Island.

“The groundbreaking of the Residences at Six Fisher Island marks a transformative moment for this historic island, being the first new development in over five years and one of its final luxury residential ventures,” said Nick Pérez, president of Related’s condominium division. “We’re incredibly honored to advance this landmark development, which offers a rare opportunity for buyers to secure a piece of Miami’s most coveted address. This project elevates the island’s esteemed legacy and establishes a new standard for Miami’s ultra-luxury market.”
