S2 Development has launched sales at Atlantica at Dania Beach, a 124-condominium project with units priced from $500,000.

ISG World is handling sales and marketing for the condos.

Located at 624 NE 2nd St. in Dania Beach, the community offers move-in ready one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den units ranging from 703 to 1,159 square feet. Each unit has kitchens with granite countertops, porcelain-tile flooring, soft-close cabinets, energy-efficient appliances and window treatments. Ceiling fans and in-unit washers and dryers are also included.

Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse and dog park. Steven G. designed the common areas.

“Atlantica at Dania Beach embodies coastal living at its finest, featuring an unbeatable location and luxurious amenities that allow residents to enjoy a serene lifestyle right by the ocean,” S2 Founder and President Marc Schmulian said in a press release. “This development sets a new standard in the neighborhood, and we are honored to contribute to the continued and well-deserved growth of Dania Beach.”

“Most South Florida condos are over 30 years old, and the reality is that many residents can’t afford the extra fees and assessments mandated by newer regulations,” ISG World CEO Craig Studnicky said. “Atlantica at Dania Beach addresses the increasing demand for newly constructed condos, providing a living experience without the burden of repairs or unexpected expenses. With its competitive pricing, amazing location and minimal competition, Atlantica at Dania Beach is a successful addition to the evolving landscape of South Florida real estate.”
