New York-based developer Savanna recently opened a 7,000-square-foot sales gallery for Olara, a 275-condominium, 26-story tower going up in West Palm Beach.
Located at 300 Butler St., the gallery features a 9-foot-tall scale model of the property, a virtual immersion room by Imerza and a model gallery by Gabellini Sheppard Associates.
Slated for completion in 2026, Olara will offer views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island and Atlantic Ocean. The residences will begin at $2 million and range from two to four bedrooms.
Sales are handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing with King & Partners as the creative agency of record.
“The opening of the gallery is a huge milestone for Olara and gives brokers and prospective buyers a first glimpse into the luxury lifestyle we have created,” Savanna President and Co-Chairman Chris Schlank said in a press release. “When visitors arrive at the space, they can expect to be treated with the same five-star hospitality and service they will enjoy at Olara.”
With architecture by Arquitectonia, Olara will have an 80,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor amenity deck by Gabellini Sheppard, including a 13,000-square-foot fitness center programmed by The Wright Fit featuring an open-air yoga deck and performance training zones. Two swimming pools, for leisure and lap, a juice bar and a recovery and regeneration spa will also be included. Other amenities include co-working spaces and conference rooms, private dock access complete with a houseboat and seafaring concierge and a waterfront veranda.
Olara is sponsored by an affiliate of Savanna. Other parties affiliated with the sponsorship include the Mactaggart Family Partnership, Haymes Investment Company and Brandon Rinker.
