Eight penthouses are on the market in what will be the tallest building on Fort Lauderdale Beach.
Selene Oceanfront Residences will include two towers at 26 stories each at 151 N. Seabreeze Boulevard.
The penthouses, priced from $10.8 million, range from 5,892 to 6,630 square feet, with three or four bedrooms and 4.5 or 5.5 baths.
“With expansive interior and outdoor spaces alongside sweeping oceanfront views, the property’s design elements have been thoughtfully curated to reflect the tropical-modern style Fort Lauderdale Beach is known for,” Bob Vail, president of developer Kolter Urban, said in a news release. “We have seen a tremendous uptick in market demand and Selene’s Penthouse Collection is the ideal culmination of what the market is demanding in luxurious living.”
The development will include a pool with two elevated terraces, a lap fitness pool and spa, fire pit lounge area and pool bar.
Douglas Elliman Real Estate is leading the sales effort.
