The buyer was represented by Chad Carroll with The Carroll Group at Compass.
The seller was 3080 Trust Investments LLC, a spec home developed by Andian Group, Andres Isaias and Alejandro Diaz-Bazan, who is also an agent with One Sotheby’s International Realty.
Both sides decline to comment on the sale.
