Auction Company of America and Accelerated Realty, Inc., a Miami-based realty and auction company, have just announced the live auction of sixteen 1 to 1-1/2 acre home sites in the town of Southwest Ranches, Broward County, Florida. The development known as Sutton Ranches is located at SW 166th Avenue and SW 64th Terrace and the live auction will take place on April 12 at noon.

Incorporated in 2000, Southwest Ranches is located is located 15 miles southwest of Fort Lauderdale and approximately 12 miles north of Miami. The area is primarily residential with a population of 7,100 residents that live on 1 to 2.5 acre lots. The town’s motto is “Preserve Our Rural Lifestyle,” thus it has incorporated laws that stop street lights and sidewalks from being built.

The town has access to the Broward County Public School System, which is the sixth largest system in the country, as well as to vocational schools and traditional universities. The town contracts with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office to provide police, fire and Emergency Medical Services.
