Celebrity chef and restaurateur Myles Chefetz has recently signed a contract to buy a $3 million townhouse at JMH Development’s Three Hundred Collins. It is the first luxury residential development in Miami by architect Thomas Juul-Hansen. The development will be located at 300 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.
Chefetz’s new three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath townhouse will have over 2,397 square feet of indoor space and 2,932 square feet of private outdoor space. Notable features include a den, 20-foot ceilings, a great room and wrap-around rear yard. When construction is completed in 2017, Three Hundred Collins will have multiple one-to-four bedroom townhouses, ranging from 995 square feet to more than 3,700 square feet. Pricing ranges from $1.7 million to more than $9 million. According to the developer, all units will be furnished with floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors and stone finishes. The following amenities will be offered: a hot tub, fitness center, valet and 24-hour attended lobby with personal service, plus a rooftop area with a 75-foot saltwater pool.
The condominium project opened its sales center back in October and has sold more than 50 percent of its units. Construction will commence in February 2016.
