According to a new study by HomeFinder.com, Key Biscayne is among the top suburban luxury housing markets in the nation.

In its latest housing analysis, HomeFinder.com looked at suburban luxury housing markets, and which specific local markets had the highest share of listings priced at $1 million and above.

Using that criteria, Miami’s Key Biscayne came in at No. 8 with an impressive 71 percent of its 96 current listings being priced at least $1 million.
