What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I was a teacher for a short time before I started working in real estate.
Where did you grow up?
Miami
Growing up, what did you want to be?
I wanted to be an architect or interior designer.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I do breathing exercises and try to think about something else or do something else to distract me and help me calm down. If I can, I watch a movie or TV show with my husband and/or family.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
I’d love to sit down with either Barbara Corcoran or John D. Rockefeller — Barbara for her real-world, hands-on approach to building wealth through real estate, and Rockefeller for his focus on teaching financial discipline and responsibility across generations. Together, they represent both how wealth is built and how it’s preserved.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
The Florida Keys — finite land, protected beauty and a lifestyle you simply can’t recreate elsewhere.
What do you love most about the industry?
I love the challenge of seeing potential where others don’t — connecting the dots between location, timing and people. It’s part strategy, part intuition and always evolving.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The weight of responsibility. These are often the largest financial decisions people make, and I take that trust very seriously. Getting it right matters.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Relationships are the most important thing, not leads. If you consistently provide value, stay in touch and build trust, the leads take care of themselves.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
I listen to podcasts on different subjects, and I also subscribe to Blinkist and hear summaries of different books.
What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?
I love the potatoes at Luca Osteria and the salmon entree at Cala Millor.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?
I am a big fan of Zaha Hadid. One Thousand Museum is impressive.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
Having to take off my shoes to go into a house.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I used to be an elementary school teacher.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
This is a hard one for me. I love to travel and usually like to go to new places and not visit the same ones over and over, but I do love Spain, the south of France and Italy. I also love to spend time in the Florida Keys and just have a staycation.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
My advice is to focus on relationships, not transactions.
Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?
My feed is a mix of real estate pros, inspiring designers and travel creators. I like learning and dreaming at the same time.
