John R. Wood Christie’s International honors top producers, largest transactions of 2025

John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate celebrated its top producers and recognized its largest transactions at its Annual Awards Celebration of Excellence on Feb. 19 at The Great Wolf Lodge | Southwest Florida.  

The event recognized agents whose performance helped the company close 4,252 transactions valued at $4.1 billion in 2025. 

“The foundation of our continued success is our associates’ dedication, expertise and commitment to exceptional customer service,” President Corey McCloskey said. “This celebration honors their achievements and celebrates the strength of our culture, our market leadership and our commitment to providing every customer with a premier real estate experience.” 

Top Award Winners: 

  • The Earls | Lappin Team of Bill Earls, Larry Lappin and Aaron Earls received the President’s Award for the highest company-wide sales volume in 2025.  
  • Two small teams, eight large teams and agent Shannon LeFevre earned Elite Awards for achieving closed sales of at least $50 million. 
  • Six large teams, 13 small teams and six single agents received Diamond Awards for $25 to $50 million in sales. 
  • Five large teams, 16 small teams and 14 single agents earned Emerald Awards for $15 to $25 million in sales. 
  • Four large teams, six small teams and 21 single agents received Platinum Awards for $10 to $15 million in sales. 
  • 28 small teams, three large teams and 76 single agents received Gold Awards for $5 to $10 million in sales. 

Largest transactions of 2025: 

  • 3565 Fort Charles Drive in Port Royal sold for $22 million in August. 
  • 950 Admiralty Parade in Port Royal sold for $16,550,000 in May. 
  • 4377 Crayton Road in Crayton Cove and 6958 Verde Way in Pelican Bay each sold for $15 million in February.
