John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate taps Anna-Marie Ellison for VP of sales role

by John Yellig

John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate appointed former ARC Realty executive Anna-Marie Ellison as vice president of sales.

Ellison has almost 20 years of industry experience. Before joining ARC Realty as a broker in August 2024, she was at ERA King Real Estate for almost 18 years, working her way up to the role of COO.

In a Substack post announcing her move, Ellison said she enjoyed her time at ARC Realty but felt the time was right for a change.

“Over the last year, I felt a steady pull toward what’s next. Not away from anything. Toward something,” Ellison wrote. “I believe leadership is about timing just as much as talent, and this feels like the right season to stretch myself, learn at a higher level and help build something meaningful alongside people who value culture and clarity.”

In her new position, Ellison will support John R. Wood offices across Southwest Florida, working with agents and staff to drive growth and improve performance, the firm said in an announcement.

“Anna-Marie brings a rare balance of strategy and heart to her leadership,” President Corey McCloskey said. “She understands that clarity creates momentum, and that strong relationships are the foundation of sustainable success. Her experience and perspective will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
