John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate debuted a redesigned website as part of what the brokerage called an “ongoing investment in digital innovation.”
The updated site includes new features like a live chat, mortgage calculator and neighborhood maps. Listings, now expanded to include vacation rentals, contain information about area demographics, school districts and local entertainment.
“Our customers expect an immersive, exclusive online experience that mirrors the high-end nature of the properties we represent,” said James Schnars, chief marketing officer for John R. Wood. “For buyers, this means providing an intuitive way to explore properties in detail, while for sellers, it means presenting their listing in a way that commands attention and premium value.”
