The Andrade Group has joined Compass and will now operate out of the brokerage’s Coconut Grove and Winter Park offices.

Broker-owner Jorge Andrade and Realtor Henny Barreto lead the team, which specializes in residential investments, pre-construction and luxury properties across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Andrade, licensed since 2003, and Barreto, licensed since 2007, have a combined 40 years of experience. The group averaged $50 million in sales last year, according to a press release.

Andrade and Barreto attribute their move to the desire for growth.
