Premier Estate Properties is opening a second location in Palm Beach with a new office at 230 Royal Palm Way on Banker’s Row, the home of numerous financial institutions that cater to the enclave’s wealthy residents.
The office will be led by Palm Beach agent Margit Brandt and her support team. It is Premier’s seventh office in South Florida. The brokerage’s other Palm Beach office is on Worth Avenue, another top thoroughfare.
The newly leased, 1,550-square-foot ground-floor space on Royal Palm Way is zoned for real estate and banks. Brandt and her growing office staff will officially occupy the space in the fall.
“Opening on Banker’s Row is not just about expansion; it’s a strategic move to align our presence with the heartbeat of Palm Beach’s financial and real estate community,” Premier Broker/Owner Carmen D’Angelo said. “This address places us exactly where our clients’ business, investments and lifestyles intersect — ensuring we remain the first call for those buying or selling at the very top of the market.”
Since joining Premier in 2022, Brandt has amassed over $1 billion in individual sales volume and continues to close transactions topping $100 million.
“We can’t think of a better place to establish our first storefront, brick-and-mortar presence than Bankerʼs Row, a symbol of commerce, elegance and prestige occupied by some of the best companies in America,” said Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties. “We believe this office will provide a consistent presence for our brand in the community — a home away from home for our clients and a spacious, positive, uplifting [headquarters] for our growing support team to continue collaborating on behalf of our valued clientele.”
