Canada’s RARE Real Estate, which was featured in the Amazon Prime reality show Luxe Listings Toronto, has expanded into Miami. 

Founded in 2021 by Ryan Rabinovich and Adam Stern, the brokerage focuses on pre-construction sales and marketing and has already closed over $4.5 billion worth of deals. 

The U.S. expansion is being led by Stern, who has overseen over $12 billion in real estate sales and trained more than 4,000 agents across 16 offices. The firm is actively looking to enter other U.S. markets. 

“For years, the top 10% of agents have dominated the industry, yet traditional brokerages have failed to truly reward them in a real way,” Stern said in a press release. “The old promises — training, support, mentorship and guidance — haven’t changed in decades. It’s time for a model that puts up-and-coming agents and top producers first, creating real financial incentives for the agents driving this industry forward.”
