Echo Fine Properties promotes Sara Morey and Andrew Seifter

by Patrick Regan

Echo Fine Properties has promoted Sara Morey to general manager and Andrew Seifter to sales manager, the company announced.

The Palm Beach Gardens firm, founded by Jeff Lichtenstein, said Morey will help launch the company’s new Stuart office, and Seifter will be responsible for training and recruiting.

Morey has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and, since moving to South Florida five years ago, has worked at multiple five-star country clubs as a concierge.

“Sara provides the link between you and your agent,” the company website says. “She literally works hand-in-hand to make sure that your agent is constantly updated with your real estate needs, even when they are out of the office.”

Seifter got his professional start in the restaurant industry, managing a staff of 200-plus in the Atlanta area. He eventually worked for Sysco, selling products to restaurants and later became a buyer for restaurants.

“Andrew is the teammate who makes stressful times less stressful and successful times that much more fulfilling,” the Echo Fine Properties website says. “When you see the passion that Andrew has for real estate, you will be inspired while also getting the best of the best working for you.”
