Brown Harris Stevens brings on four new agents to Miami offices

by Patrick Regan

Brown Harris Stevens recently announced the addition of four new agents to its Miami offices.

Adam Joffe is joining the firm’s South Miami and Coconut Grove offices. Gabriela Pellegrini, Kristina Gugunava and Micha Porat will be part of the Miami Beach operation.

Pellegrini moved from New Jersey to South Florida 10 years ago. She spent five years working in private wealth management, then moved into real estate. She merges her understanding of modern technology and marketing with her family history in real estate, which dates to her grandparents’ generation.

Gugunava is a former financial advisor who brings her analytical and research skills to her clients. She graduated cum laude from the University of Miami with a degree in business administration.

Porat was born in Israel and raised in Connecticut and New York City before moving to Miami Beach in 2006. He previously worked as director of marketing, promotions and operations in the Miami hospitality industry. He has 13 years of experience as a Realtor and property investor.

Joffe has a background on Wall Street, working in wealth management, technology and a venture capital fund. He was born and raised on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, attended the University of Wisconsin and moved to Miami when the pandemic hit.
