Florida’s largest independent real estate firm expanded its Palm Beach Gardens office with the addition of a team that generates an annual sales volume of $60 million.
The team led by Realtors Ashley Cooper and Marc Schafler joins The Keyes Company from Lang Realty, Keyes announced this week.
Cooper brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate. He founded and developed two golf club communities in New Jersey and a golf course in Scotland ranked No. 64 in the world by Golf Digest in 2018, according to a news release.
“The opportunity to bring our powerhouse team to Keyes was too good to pass up,” Cooper said in the news release. “Keyes has an unparalleled industry reputation and provides the technology, marketing and support to provide best-in-class service to our affluent clients.”
Schafler is ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors in Florida, the news release said. He has 23 years of experience in Florida and New Jersey real estate and specializes in Palm Beach County properties.
“We have an incredible pipeline of buyers from the Northeast who are looking to purchase properties and establish residences in South Florida,” Schafler said. “Our move to Keyes comes at an ideal time to accommodate these clients and others buying and selling luxury homes and condos in the Palm Beaches.”
Keyes has 58 offices and more than 3,000 associates.
