Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale nearly sold out

by Patrick Regan

Units at Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale are nearly sold out and closing at an average price of $2,000 per square foot, described in a news release as “an unprecedented price for the market.”

All but seven of the development’s 83 residences are sold. Pricing for the two- to four-bedroom residences begins at $4.6 million.

Occupancy will start this quarter along with the opening of the adjacent hotel, the news release said. Miami-based firm Fort Partners is the developer.

“Fort Partners has always recognized the potential that Fort Lauderdale held,” Nadim Ashi, founder and CEO of Fort Partners, said in the news release. “I am proud of the talent that we assembled to provide exceptional exclusivity, design and service in a city that was ready to be reimagined as a luxury oceanfront destination.”

Each residence includes ocean views. Building amenities include two pools with cabanas, beach butler service, spa, yachting services, pet concierge and an on-call veterinarian. Residents will also receive complimentary landscape design services at their private terraces, offered by Fernando Wong, who designed the building’s private gardens.

Two restaurants are scheduled to open in the development this year. They are Evelyn’s Table, an upscale oceanfront restaurant, and Honey Fitz, a casual café and bar in the lobby, the news release said.

Sales and marketing are handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
