Industry MVP: Nancy K. Corey, Coldwell Banker

Nancy Klock Corey, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Southeast Florida region, oversees operations for the region’s branch and satellite offices and supports over 2,400 affiliated agents. Corey has over 40 years of real estate experience, having started at her family’s real estate firm, The Klock Company Realtors, which merged with Coldwell Banker in 1983. During her tenure at both firms, she launched the statewide Property Management & Home Rental Division, headed up the Relocation Division, a real estate licensing school, referral company and multiple branch offices. In 2010, she led the company’s award-winning Miami Beach office as branch manager before ascending to her current role as regional vice president.

Corey was named to RISMedia’s 2020 Real Estate Newsmakers list as an Influencer in the real estate industry, was named to South Florida Business Journal’s 2019 Influential Business Women list and named a South Florida Business Journal Power Leaders In Real Estate multiple times. She serves as an authoritative source on key real estate issues for diverse media outlets, including the Miami Herald, Florida Realtor Magazine, The Real Deal and The Business Journal; she also contributed to the 2007 book “The Real World of Selling Real Estate.” She has served as a panelist for the Public Forum on Tax Referendum in Miami-Dade County, the Miami Herald State of the Market and The Real Deal’s Miami Real Estate Showcase & Forum. Corey volunteers for a variety of organizations including the Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House and supports the Sabrina Cohen Foundation.
