Best Dressed: Jennifer Leong

by South Florida Agent

Jennifer Leong is the regional managing director of developments for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, overseeing one of South Florida’s fastest-growing and most significant new-development portfolios.

With more than $10 billion in active inventory and a career spanning billions in closed sales, she is recognized as a key force shaping the luxury real estate landscape and future skyline of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County. A strategist and development-sales architect, Leong curates, trains and leads elite new-development sales professionals. Under her leadership, ONE Sotheby’s has become the top new-development sales organization in Broward County, consistently outperforming absorption, price-per-square-foot (PPSF) benchmarks and velocity expectations across flagship projects.

Her leadership approach emphasizes accountability, emotional intelligence, data-driven strategy and hospitality-forward client engagement, resulting in high-performing, resilient sales teams. Leong began her career in Silicon Valley at E-Loan, gaining expertise in capital markets while supporting the company’s successful NASDAQ IPO. She later played a key role in Chicago’s luxury high-rise market, contributing to iconic developments including the Chicago Spire by Santiago Calatrava, where disciplined pricing and curated buyer experiences achieved record PPSF results.

Her global experience expanded through work with Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty in the Bahamas, where she helped launch and sell out Rosewood Baha Mar and SLS Baha Mar. Recruited to South Florida, Leong has contributed to major developments including Porsche Design Tower, Nautilus 220, Aria Reserve and Selene, leveraging an international UHNW network across the Northeast, Canada, LATAM, and Europe to deliver repeated nine-figure sellouts.

Leong also serves as chair of the Real Estate & Construction Council for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and as a board director representing all 31 Broward cities. Her civic involvement includes advancing housing and economic initiatives, supporting Live Local Act efforts and raising funds annually for ChildNet and local animal rescues.
