Isabel Gonzales will be joining Weichert Realtors – NuStar Associates as a sales manager.

Weichert Realtors – NuStar Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Isabel Gonzalez and Grisel Martinez to their sales team.

Gonzalez Joins NuStar Associates as Sales Manager

Gonzalez, a 20-year resident of the area with as many years in real estate, will serve the Miami and the Beach area as a sales manager for NuStar Associates. She is a member of The Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. Her industry honors include the Top Listing Award in 2006, the Top Selling Agent Award in 2005, and the Keyes Sales Volume Award ($5 million) in 2000.

Gonzalez attended Pasadena City College in California. In addition to commercial and residential real estate sales management, marketing, and development for upscale properties, Gonzalez has professional background in banking.

Martinez Joins NuStar Associates’ Sales Team

A lifelong resident of the area with seven years in real estate, Martinez will assist homebuyers and sellers throughout Dade County as a member of the NuStar Associates sales team. She is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors (MIAMI), Florida Association of REALTORS (FAR), and the National Association of REALTORS. She lives in Horse Country in Miami-Dade County.

Martinez is also a paralegal, specializing in title work, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
