Samantha Joelle Elenson joins ONE Sotheby's International Realty's Miami Beach office.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce Samantha Joelle Elenson will be joining their Miami Beach office. Elenson will be joining the team as an estate agent, and she specializes in luxury waterfront properties in Golden Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach.

Samantha Elenson’s Real Estate Experience

Elenson has been a top producer in the Golden Beach area by selling and listing multimillion dollar oceanfront estates. She has lived in Golden Beach for the past 22 years, where she recently sold an off market home that netted the seller almost a million dollar profit on his property purchased less than five months earlier. Having negotiated multiple off market deals, she is experienced in bringing discrete sellers and buyers together through an established network. Her high-end closings and listings include 229 Ocean Boulevard in Golden Beach, which sold for $6.6 million; and an oceanfront listing at 495 Ocean Boulevard, offered for $4.3 million.

Prior to joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Elenson worked at Coast To Coast Realty Group as a luxury oceanfront specialist. In addition, she takes time to give back to her community with her involvement with the Friends of Israel Defense Forces and the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
