Amorette Robertson and Pier Paolo Visconti have joined the One Sotheby's family as broker associates, joining the team in their South of Fifth office.

Luxury real estate firm One Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the additions of Amorette Robertson and Pier Paolo Visconti to their team of broker associates in issued press releases.

Both Robertson and Visconti will join the One Sotheby’s family in its South of Fifth office on 119 Washington Ave. Robertson and Visconti will bring many years of industry experience and their expertise on luxury real estate selling to the firm, a trait that Beth Butler, president of One Sotheby’s International Realty, acknowledged when she welcomed them to the brand.

With over 17 years of industry experience under her belt, not only has Robertson developed an expert knowledge of the Miami real estate market, she’s also accrued a worldwide buyer network of clients. In addition to her expertise in selling, Robertson will also bring her knowledge of home staging and marketing strategies to help her in the selling process.

Prior to joining the One Sotheby’s family, Robertson served as a broker associate and vice president of Worldwide Properties’ luxury property division.

Much like Robertson, Visconti, has also developed an international clientele, creating a strong presence in the European real estate market. In his 10 years in the industry, Visconti has used his advantage of being trilingual in the selling process, specializing in luxury waterfront estates in the Miami Beach and Downtown Miami area. His recent transactions include a $2.1 million unit at the Portofino Tower, and a home sale at 2855 Royal Palm Ave. for $1,060,000.

Prior to joining One Sotheby’s, Visconti served as a broker associate for Venegas International Group.

In regards to the recent addition to the One Sotheby’s brand, Butler expressed her confidence in having both Robertson and Visconti join the team.

“With her expertise and knowledge of the Miami luxury real estate market, I am confident [Robertson] will be a great asset to our team,” said Butler.

She shared the same sentiment regarding Visconti, acknowledging his specialty in working with international buyers.

“We have seen a great deal of international buyers purchase luxury properties in South Florida, and with [Visconti’s] expertise and knowledge of the international marketplace, we are confident he will be a great asset to our team,” she said.
