Mauricio J. Barba has joined One Sotheby's International Realty, bringing 19 years of industry experience in the south Florida real estate market.

Miami-based One Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the addition of realtor Mauricio J. Barba to its team of associates, according to an issued press release.

Barba will bring 19 years of industry experience to One Sotheby’s Coral Gables office, where he will serve as a broker associate/estate agent. A resident of Miami-Dade county for over 40 years, Mauricio will bring a combination of his professional and personal experience living in the area to his new position at One Sotheby’s. In addition to Coral Gables, Barba will specialize in selling properties in the Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Key Biscayne, Brickell and Miami Beach areas.

Prior to joining the One Sotheby’s family, Barba worked as a broker associate for Coldwell Banker, where he was awarded with the International President’s Elite Status, an honor given to agents that are in the top half of 1 percent of all agents nationwide based on total sales volume. In his years as a real estate professional, Barba’s transactions have averaged between $400,000 to $10 million.

In addition to his duties as a broker, Barba remains active in industry organizations, serving as a member of the Master Broker’s Forum and the Luxury Marketing Council, on top of his involvement with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Southeast Florida.
