After a heated search for a new home this year, NBA star Lebron James has finally selected his new South Florida residence.

According to Miami Real Estate Blog, James purchased the 12,000 sq ft mansion at 3590 Crystal View Court for $9 million in November.

The home features three floors, a concrete dock and balconies throughout on a 20,000 sq ft lot overlooking Biscayne Bay. The residence is about five miles from the American Airlines ARENA, the home of James’ Miami Heat.

According to BusinessInsider.com, the Heat’s Dwayne Wade also recently purchased a new home on La Gorce Island for $10.6 million.
