Real estate is in Mary Forman’s DNA. As a third-generation Realtor and native Floridian, she possesses a deep knowledge of the region, with expertise that extends across sought-after areas like Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Isles, Rio Vista, Coral Ridge, The Landings, Lighthouse Point and Pompano Beach. “I live and work in the neighborhood where I grew up,” she notes. “Being a Florida native, I have an organic knowledge of so many neighborhoods, which has proven to be extremely beneficial when working with buyers and sellers.”
Her journey into real estate was inspired by a family legacy. Encouraged by her mother, a successful Global Real Estate Advisor, she obtained her license 26 years ago. After many years of collaboration, her mother retired, and she carried on the family tradition. “My love and understanding for the business came to me naturally through my mom,” she shares.
Known for her commitment to excellence, Forman is described by her clients as knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Her professional success is evident, not just in client testimonials, but also can be measured by the respect she receives from her peers. She has dedicated over 18 years serving on the Professional Standards Committee for her local Realtor association, bringing a wealth of wisdom and expertise.
Deeply involved in philanthropy, Forman was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Friends of Birch State Park, she actively supports the University of Alabama Alumni Association and is a past member of The Junior Welfare Society and Beaux Arts. Additionally, she contributes her time and efforts to animal rescue initiatives.
Forman’s knowledge isn’t just limited to real estate. Whether it’s South Florida’s best restaurants, boating spots or local boutiques, her insights and interests are as diverse as the communities she serves, creating a connection that goes beyond transactions and fosters lasting relationships.
