Joelle Oiknine, Senior Global Real Estate Advisor

One Sotheby’s Realty

A former high-tech computer gaming professional with experience working across the globe, Joelle Oiknine sought a career change in 2003. Real estate being a stark transition from her previous line of work, she leaned into the challenge to secure sales in some of Miami’s most notable buildings. Now, two decades later, she is a top-ranked advisor and member of professional groups such as the Master Brokers Forum, Condo Experts Group, Exceptional Agent Network and the Luxury Guild.

“I‘m a people person and I love connecting,” Oiknine says. She is skilled in helping generations of repeat luxury clientele in southeast Florida find the perfect waterfront homes and condominiums. She credits her success to an entrenched commitment to fostering client trust and relationship building, as well as providing value through knowledge and negotiation skills. “My 20 years of experience has taught me about the market, the people and the situations,” she notes. With vast market expertise ranging from properties to pricing, she acts in each client’s best interest.

Consistently ranked as one of the top agents in her company, as well as among the top 1.5% in the industry by the Wall Street Journal, Oiknine is most proud to have built a team of dynamic agents that allows her to stay on top of her rapidly growing business. The Joelle Team was recently recognized as one of the top teams at One Sotheby’s Realty.

Oiknine is actively involved in South Florida’s Jewish community and the various local programs they support. She also gravitates to charities supporting children and animals, including Ronnie’s Joy Foundation — a charity founded by her niece and nephew to provide awareness and community assistance in honor of their young daughter who passed away suddenly. In her spare time, Oiknine enjoys travel, fitness, nature and theater arts.
