Alejandra Castillo, Vice President of Sales

PMG Residential

Originally from Venezuela, Alejandra Castillo has lived in the Brickell and Coconut Grove areas for more than 14 years. With a background in finance and international business, she was preparing to attend law school when she landed a position as the assistant to the vice president of sales at a large brokerage. What she thought would be a temporary role turned into a career and her passion for the past 12 years.

Castillo is right at home at PMG Residential, a firm that boasts a combined 90 years of experience in international and domestic luxury real estate. Though her experience is vast — having participated in more than 14 development projects throughout the years — her specialties are downtown Miami’s condominiums and urban Miami luxury real estate. Her largely referral-based clients love that she is a fun yet upfront professional and clear communicator. Well-versed in both the practical and lifestyle aspects of the industry, Castillo says of her clients, “They come to me because they know I will put their needs first. I always will give them great feedback.”

She acknowledges that her successes couldn’t have happened without the support of her team and the mentorship she receives from the company’s team leader. One of Castillo’s most proud accomplishments is convincing her firm to transform a rental property into a condominium building. They modified their business plan accordingly and the building’s condominium units are now 65% sold. By focusing on customer service, fierce negotiation skills, and the use of strategic video marketing, she has earned many top producer awards with her company.

Thankful for all her amazing experiences, one way Castillo gives back to her community is by serving as the president of the Show Me Your World Autism Foundation. She looks forward to growth and continuing to provide exceptional service for clients who are looking for luxury real estate in Miami.
