The former editor-in-chief of Cosmo Florida utilizes her marketing and publishing experience as founder of her team, ATR Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, where she serves commercial and residential clients in Broward and Miami-Dade counties as well as buyers as far away as Spain, Italy, Colombia and Argentina.

Specializing in high-end, luxury, new construction and custom homes and investment properties, Rodriguez uses her construction and design knowledge to improve a property appeal’s and expedite sales. “I’m not a designer, but growing up with a father who was an architect, I have that sense of space and design,” she says. “As a Realtor, it helps me yield the most ROI and value.”

In the past year, Rodriguez achieved three personal sales records: a penthouse in Edgewater on Paraiso Bay, a duplex in Coral Gables and, the most special for her, a new construction home in North Pinecrest that sold for $6,495,000. “I managed the entire transaction — from finding the ideal lot to buildup to creating the design concept to supervising the construction and sale,” she says.

Rodriguez is ranked among the top 100 Realtors at Coldwell Banker Florida and was named Best Real Estate Agent in 2018 by the Builders Association of South Florida. She is also a President’s Elite and President’s Circle award winner at Coldwell Banker.

In addition to her work as a real estate agent, Rodriguez is the chair for New Land Theatrical, which is preparing to launch “AMERICA VIVA!,” a musical celebrating mestizo culture. She also volunteers with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Coldwell Banker Cares.
