Vargas Hernandez has traveled the world creating international alliances to market the developments she represents. Beginning her career at 22 years old, Vargas Hernandez views each real estate cycle as an opportunity to reinvent herself and find new ways to connect more effectively with brokers and buyers. Having already surpassed the $1 billion sales mark, she now measures her professional success through her clients’ satisfaction and how each project contributes to South Florida’s communities.
Citing her two sons, Pierre and Aldo, and her garden as her greatest passions, Vargas Hernandez is equally loyal to the nonprofit organizations Women of Tomorrow Foundation, Puerto Rico Professional Association and Puerto Ricans Organized Overseas. “Being a part of the relief effort during the hurricane crisis was a humbling experience,” she says. “Following up on the process of how these families evolve and succeed in their new lives is just extraordinary.”
