Kathrin Rein may look familiar. As a featured agent on CBS’ “The American Dream,” Rein, a real estate power player at Keller Williams Coral Gables-Coconut Grove, networks her way to success. “Sometimes you just have to pick up the phone or knock on somebody’s door to find your client,” she says, explaining how her strong relationships led to her selling a penthouse at Park Grove and being the No. 1 single agent in her company in Florida last year.

Rein’s Beautiful Miami team specializes in the greater Miami area and harnesses her personal experience as an investor to guide others through the process. But it’s not just industry experience that she draws on. “Believe it or not, having been an actress and stand-up comedian has helped my real estate career,” she says. “Buying or selling a house is such a personal experience; my clients really appreciate working with someone who is not only extremely knowledgeable but fun.”

Ranked the No. 1 agent in her office for the past four years in a row, Rein is also a recipient of the company’s Mega Agent Award and — the recognition she’s most proud of — the Cultural Award.

“My video marketing has been most instrumental to my success,” she says. “That goes in line with my work on ‘The American Dream.’ I am able to feature my listings on the show for a national audience.”

Rein is a certified instructor for Keller Williams Kids Can, which holds “Quantum Leap” workshops to empower young adults to lead meaningful lives. “This is the class I wished someone had taught when I was a young adult,” she says. She loves spending the day at the beach soaking up the sun with her husband and her two children. “They fire me up and inspire me to continue to work hard for my clients.”
