Ashley Cusack

Senior Vice President
EWM Realty International

Ashley Cusack’s long-standing reputation as a top-producing real estate expert has made her a highly sought-after agent among South Florida’s elite. A native of Miami and a senior vice president of EWM Realty International, Cusack has dedicated the past 27 years to establishing a client base comprised of the city’s oldest families and its newest entrepreneurs.

“My business has always been based on a vast network of carefully nurtured relationships,” she says, explaining how many of her very first clients continue to rely on her services. “My consistent presence in the Miami market and my high-profile network have had far-reaching results, too. As people look to move into South Florida, they are often directed to my office.”

Supported by an in-office team of experienced administrative and marketing professionals, as well as outside communications experts, Cusack ensures that her clients’ transactions are handled thoroughly and efficiently. “My entire team works to stay on the forefront of new marketing technologies, and I will always search out new innovations in marketing to support my clients,” she says. “My success is built on my commitment to the marketing of my brand and properties at a premium level both locally and nationally.”

In 2018, Cusack closed more than $80 million in sales, ranked as the No. 5 producing agent across all EWM Realty International brokerages and appeared in the top eight of The Real Deal’s Miami-Dade County residential sales list. She’s previously been named the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Realtor of the Year and was recently nominated in the philanthropy category of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce AXA Business Women of the Year Award. She is a member of the Master Brokers Forum and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Cusack serves on the Junior League of Miami Foundation’s board and St. Thomas Episcopal School’s Endowment Committee, as well as volunteers at Ransom Everglades School.
