Respected Miami real estate executive Corinne Dodd was early to recognize the residential opportunities in Miami before it grew into the world-class destination it is today. “The city wasn’t a booming metropolis when I started my real estate career in 1991. Working for developers at the time, my goal was to introduce Miami to international buyers around the world. Convincing them then that this was the place to be and own a part of was not that simple,” she explains. Fast forward 25 years: buyers from all over the world want a piece of Miami. “The experience and trust I have gained throughout the years help me in my day-to-day business. Sellers look to get the best price for their properties. I am there to market and sell that property to both local and international prospects. I also educate my buyers every step of the way so that we can make the absolute best decisions together on their purchase.”

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Corinne’s language skills helped her launch her real estate career and continue to be a valuable asset for her business. Her time spent as sales director and liaison between developers and buyers gave her the perspective needed to sell diverse property types to her diverse clientele.

When the market crashed, Corinne did not allow herself to be slowed down by the economic recession. She travelled to New York to acquire her license there, with the goal of expanding her reach and combining transactions between Miami and New York City and her international contacts.

Today, Corinne remains dedicated to providing the best possible service to both local and international clients, firm in her belief that Miami offers a world of opportunities for both. She strives to serve every client with best of her talents and unique insights. She is a member of the Master Brokers forum and the Asian Real Estate Association.

Her offices are located in Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Brickell, downtown Miami and Hallandale.
