A launch event for the Shorecrest luxury condominium tower was recently held at Harry’s West Palm Beach and at the project’s sales gallery in The Square in downtown West Palm Beach.
Attendees included Stephen Ross, the chairman and founder of the Related Companies, and architect Roger Ferris, founding principal of Roger Ferris + Partners. Other notables included Related Executive Vice President Bryan Cho and Pamela Liebman, president and CEO of The Corcoran Group.
Shorecrest will offer 140 residences, including penthouses. The building was designed by Roger Ferris + Partners, and the interiors were designed by Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will lead sales for the development.
