The DeMarco Real Estate Group, RE/MAX 5 Star Realty and Hollywood, Fla., Mayor Josh Levy joined forces on Nov. 21 to hand out over 200 complete Thanksgiving meal kits to members of the local community.

Each kit included a whole turkey, canned goods, a pie and a $50 Publix gift card, according to a press release. 

“It was truly an amazing day,” said John DeMarco, broker/owner of RE/MAX 5 Star Realty. “Thank you to all of our volunteers, especially Mayor Josh Levy and commissioner Traci Callari, for supporting our event and volunteering their time. We are so proud to give back to our community by helping those in need. It’s wonderful to see everyone getting into the holiday spirit.”
