Charitable Service Award: Henry Paul, Brown Harris Stevens

by South Florida Agent

Henry Paul had 19 years of South Florida real estate under his belt before he joined the South Miami office of Brown Harris Stevens.

Today, he uses his wealth of knowledge encompassing conventional residential sales, commercial real estate investment, property management and property foreclosure and short sales to help his clients realize their real estate goals.

Paul’s earlier career activities were in international-trade finance and credit, commencing with Miami’s international banking community, and later working with Fortune 500 companies such as Coleman Co., Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and The Stanley Works.

As a 23-year resident of Pinecrest, his attention is directed to his community and to the surrounding areas of Palmetto Bay, Kendall, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and South Miami. As a combat veteran, he is active with the Veterans Administration and a supporting member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

As someone who has personally experienced the deep bond between military working dogs and their handlers, Paul works to connect veterans in need with service dogs, who can provide life-saving companionship to heroes returning home from the battlefield.

Finalists
Marlene de Cespedes, Douglas Elliman
Jill Hertzberg, Coldwell Banker Realty
