Danny Martinez is a mortgage loan officer who helps investors, first-time homebuyers and self-employed borrowers in Florida and Georgia buy homes with confidence and without the stress. Based in Coral Gables, Martinez has been helping clients navigate the home financing process with clarity and confidence for 15 years, helping over 1,000 families during his career.  

Martinez works across South Florida, the West Coast of Florida, Central Florida, North Florida and Georgia. With each client, Martinez seeks to create a customer for life through his can-do attitude and by going the extra mile for each client.  

A member of Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s 2025 President’s Cabinet, Martinez works to help people even outside of the office. When he’s not assisting clients, you can find him working with his community, creating events with real estate agents like bowling and pickle ball tournaments.
