SERHANT. appointed TV personality and Bachelorette contestant Tyler Cameron as the exclusive sales and marketing agent at the Ancora boutique waterfront development on Hutchinson Island.
Developed by Matthew Madrazo of Civitella, Ancora features 24 luxury townhomes facing both the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. The development is Cameron’s first ground-up, new development project.
“Ancora is about raising the bar for what waterfront living can look like and is bringing a new type of residence to Hutchinson Island,” Cameron said. “The goal was to bring together strong design, quality construction and the kind of lifestyle people move to Florida for — being close to the water, the beach and everything that comes with it.”
Cameron was featured in the Emmy-nominated series, “Going Home with Tyler Cameron,” which followed his return to his hometown of Jupiter. He was also runner-up on season 15 of The Bachelorette and served as a judge on the recent “Bachelor Mansion Takeover” HGTV series.
Each of Ancora’s 24 duplex-style townhomes offers four bedrooms and 3.5 baths over 3,100 square feet. Pricing starts at $1.75 million. The model residence is expected to be completed in January 2027 with the first deliveries starting in March 2027.
The development will offer seven private boat slips and deeded beach access across South Ocean Drive. Amenities include a private clubhouse, pool, sun deck and fitness center with sauna.
