Closings are underway at Vita at Grove Isle, a seven-story luxury development on a 20-acre private island off Miami’s Coconut Grove enclave.
Prices started at $6.5 million, with a two-story penthouse going for up to $22 million.
Amenities at Vita include a bayfront pool, pickleball courts, bar and lounge and yacht club access. Opening in 2026, La Sponda will offer Italian dining to residents and their guests.
“Our goal was to deliver a level of quality, privacy and craftsmanship that feels truly special, something worthy of this remarkable island,” Ugo Colombo, founder of CMC Group, said in a press release. “Seeing Vita come to life is incredibly meaningful, and I’m proud of what we have created.”
