Douglas Elliman Development Marketing will lead sales at The Berkeley Palm Beach from high-rise developer Al Adelson.

Set to debut in 2028, the project is already over 20% sold. The 25-story tower at 550 Australian Avenue in the Clear Lake District will feature 193 luxury residences.
