Hospitality and upscale Italian fine dining brand Cipriani recently announced plans to partner with Miami developer Mast Capital to build a residential tower in Miami’s financial district.
Cipriani Residences Miami will be an 80-story tower with 397 condominiums featuring luxury amenities and resident-only dining services by Cipriani.
The tower at 1420 S. Miami Ave. in Brickell will include sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Brickell skyline and Coconut Grove, according to a fact sheet on the project. Residences will range from one to four bedrooms.
In addition to the Cipriani dining service, building amenities will include two pools, fitness center, private screening room, children’s playroom, library, spa, dog park, salon, pickleball court and golf simulator.
Miami firm Arquitectonica will handle the building design. Transactions will go through Fortune Development Sales. Construction timeline, pricing and sales schedule are pending.
