Founded in 1991 by Kevin Maloney and led by Managing Partners, Ryan Shear and Dan Kaplan, PMG has grown from a local real estate operator in New York City to a national investment, development and asset management firm operating across Florida, New York, Colorado, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. Their in-house teams manage the full development life-cycle, spanning land use and acquisitions, financing and accounting, design and construction, asset management, marketing, sales and leasing and legal oversight.
The Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami — a joint venture between Property Markets Group (PMG), Greybrook Realty Partners and S2 Development — is set for completion in 2025 and will offer 360 luxury residences. Located at 300 Biscayne Blvd., the 800,000-square-foot project is in the heart of downtown Miami and will be the tallest residential building south of New York City. It includes a five-star Hilton Waldorf Astoria hotel and condominiums with interiors by San Francisco-based design firm BAMO. Sieger Suarez Architects designed the project in collaboration with Carlos Ott.
