Ten years ago, Elite Ocean View Realty Broker/Owner Teo Palmieri’s strong desire to help drive change in others’ lives prompted his decision to pursue his passion for the real estate business. “I believed that I could help others achieve the dream that most of us have, the dream of finding the perfect home where we can begin the next chapter of our life,” he says. A former law enforcement professional from Rome, Palmieri turned out to be a natural in real estate. He was quickly recognized as a Top Producer and has received multiple honors in his real estate career. In 2013, he took his expertise in luxury residential property and launched Elite Ocean View Realty, which has grown to employ nearly 200 agents. The decision to establish his own brokerage was an extension of his dream: to deliver outstanding service to discriminating clients and share his expertise with agents striving for career success.

Palmieri’s success comes from his ability to create a unique plan for each client. “I always go above and beyond what clients would typically expect when buying or selling a home,” he explains. “Everyone sees real estate through their own unique lens, so I aim to understand their perspective and meet their specific needs and wants in a way that absolutely amazes them.” And Palmieri’s care has not gone unnoticed by other agents: he enjoys assisting and mentoring agents at all levels in their careers, and has a reputation for reliability among his peers.

Palmieri also points out how important it is to listen to clients throughout the real estate transaction. “It can be a stressful situation, so the only way to effectively problem-solve is to pay attention to what clients tell you so that you can devise the right solution and keep them calm in the process!” he laughs. That, he goes on to say, is what it means to treat clients with compassion in this fast-paced industry. It is also why he frequently finds himself the recipient of complimentary notes and gifts from those wishing to express thanks for the help he has provided, kind gestures that make him feel that he played “at least a small part in their happiness.”

A staunch advocate of lifelong education, Palmieri is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Certified International Property Specialist and had earned a Transnational Referral Certification. In addition, he is a member of the National, Florida and Miami Associations of Realtors. He also supports an Italian nonprofit called Emergency, which aids victims of war around the world. While Palmieri credits his family for always inspiring and motivating him, he also finds joy in competitive sports. An avid triathlete, he looks forward to his next competition scheduled for this spring.
