The Crane Comes Down: Bellini Williams Island

by Todd Herskovitz

Bellini Williams Island has completed construction.

Bellini Williams Island is scheduled for construction.

With cranes popping up left and right in Miami-Dade County, it is exciting to see the first crane come down from this new boom of real estate. Bellini Williams Island announced this week that their crane has started to come down and will be down in completion by the end of this week.  Developed by Martin Z. Margulies the 25 story-Bellini Williams Island is slated for completion in 60-90 days. After only a year and a half of construction, the 70-unit building will be the first luxury residential development brought to fruition since 2008.

In recent months, Bellini Williams Island has celebrated a number of achievements including the completion of the island’s $6 million renovation, the sale of both trophy penthouses, as well as the remarkably fast sale of both Artefacto-designed model residences after just days on the market. Due to the success of sales at Bellini Williams Island, Mr. Margulies is also able to pay off his $80 million personal loan.

Each residence in this exclusive community will be accompanied with its own private elevator, ceilings that range from 10 to 12-feet, spacious floor plans and three bedrooms. With its unique elliptical shape, all residents will have panoramic waterfront views. This development is the final piece to the completion of Williams Island, the only prestigious community in Aventura.

“The crane coming down is a milestone for Bellini Williams Island,” says Martin Z. Margulies, Developer of Bellini Williams Island. “We will welcome our first residents to the building this fall.”
