The Cipriani Residences Miami supertall luxury tower is officially the tallest residential tower south of New York City, having reached 872 feet, just above the Panorama Tower’s 868 feet.
The Arquitectonica-designed building will stand 950 feet tall in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood when it’s completed in 2027. It will eventually be surpassed by the 1,049-foot tall Waldorf-Astoria Residences Miami, which is scheduled for completion in 2028.
Construction has advanced at the speedy pace of one story every few days and has now reached the building’s final levels, including those of the forthcoming ultra-luxury Canaletto Collection, which will occupy the top floors. Some of the penthouses have sold for at least $30 million.
“This milestone reflects a disciplined commitment to craftsmanship and the conviction that buildings of this scale must offer far more than height,” said Camilo Miguel Jr., founder and CEO of Mast Capital, which is developing the building. “What we are seeing is not only the physical rise of Cipriani Residences Miami, but the continued ascent of Miami itself. As global wealth, leading financial institutions and major companies establish a permanent presence here, expectations around design, service and overall quality have fundamentally evolved.”
Cipriani’s first ground-up residential development in the United States will offer 397 one- to four-bedroom homes with interiors by 1508 London. Sales have been moving at a healthy pace thus far, backers say, with buyers from around the world. Residences start at $1.8 million, and The Canaletto Collection Residences start at $4.1 million.
