The first penthouse featuring the Canaletto Collection at Cipriani Residences Miami has sold, setting a record for the most expensive price per square foot in Brickell history at $3,333.

Penthouse 1 features over 9,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space, including an outdoor terrace with a private infinity pool and summer kitchen. It also includes the signature Canaletto Collection, an exclusive architecture and furnishing upgrade package from 1508 London. The property was listed at $16.2 million.

“Selling Penthouse 1 in a matter of weeks after the unveiling of the premier Canaletto Collection is a true testament to Cipriani Residences Miami’s caliber in the market,” said Camilo Miguel, Jr., CEO and founder of Mast Capital, the developer for the project. “The meticulous attention to detail and design of this penthouse creates a new precedent for luxury in Brickell.”

Additional penthouses at Cipriani Residences Miami start from $9.5 million, while the Canaletto Collection upgrade starts at $3.65 million. Construction is expected to reach completion in 2026.
