Trinity Southern and JMH Development broke ground on 29 Indian Creek, a boutique development offering 20 one- and two-bedroom condominiums and a pair of two-story townhomes in Miami Beach.

Phased demolition and site clearing have begun, with foundation construction expected to commence soon. Developers anticipate the project to wrap up in early 2027.

According to SERHANT., 29 Indian Creek’s exclusive sales and marketing representative, the development will offer residents amenities like a rooftop pool, fitness center and 24/7 concierge service. Some homeowners will also receive full resort privileges at The Beach Club at The Miami Beach EDITION.

Prices for the 2901 Indian Creek Drive residences will begin at $1.4 million, with some unit prices soaring above $3 million.
