PMG broke ground on the 28-story Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale luxury condo tower.

The development will feature just two residences on each floor and offer protected views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Amenities will include a spa, pool, cafe and grilling stations, golf simulator and cabana. Residents will also have access to bikes, dog-walking services, package delivery and valet parking.

PMG Residential’s Nir Perets, Jaime Cristancho and Laura San Jose are exclusively representing sales for the project, which will wrap up construction in 2027.
